Abstract:
In work the model of field temperature and phase changes calculation for multibeads solid wire GMA surfacing is presented. For adopted diagram of surfacing the temperature field is given, with regard of call out of temperature changes was qualified analytically applied next deposite welds (increases of temperature with next passages of electrode and cooling already applied padding welds, as well as earlier warmed areas). The kinetic of phase changes during heating is by temperatures of beginning and end of austenitic transformation limited, however progress of phase changes during cooling is by TTT-welding diagram calculated. Phase changes calculations for rectangular prism made from steel St3S was carried out. Results of calculations by schedule of temperature in cross section of surfaced element, as well thermal cycles, participations phases graphs and dilatometric curves for choose points, as well participation of bainite in cross section surfaced element after individual deposits during surfacing are illustrated.
